WP Micro-Membership Plugin: Can it turn wordpress into a recurring income stream?

Today I was greeted with a message about this plugin called WP Micro-Membership Plugin

The claim is that it can turn any wordpress blog (and an idea) into a recurring profit stream in any niche.

Imagine, you have good parenting advice, because you're a mother to 5 kids. You put together a membership site where you give out parenting tips, answer your subscribers' questions about being a new parent, and make product recommendations (where you can score as a 'referrer').

Now, you have several levels of membership. Free (Silver package) and Paid (Gold Package).

Free members get just the simple little parenting tips every week and access to live teleseminars (done via BlogTalkRadio - its free).

Paid members get to access downloads (PDF ebooks all about parenting, maybe video) and the goods that you give to the freebie members.

Regardless of what the topic is, all you need is your own idea, you own webhosting, the free wordpress blog engine (your webhost may actually have an 'auto-installer' in your control panel), and the WP Micro-Membership Plugin
